Preamble, Institutional Scope & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service and Student Enrollment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute an enforceable, legally binding digital contract entered into between you (hereinafter designated as the "Student", "Learner", or "You") and Academy 2.O, a specialized professional finishing academy operating as an autonomous business unit under Meeways 360° Creative Agency / Meeways 360° Private Limited (hereinafter designated as the "Academy", "Institution", "We", or "Us"), having its flagship production campus and studio hub located in Delhi NCR, India.
By checking the enrollment acknowledgement box, submitting your contact details, applying a coupon or scholarship code (such as influencer vouchers), or remitting tuition fees via our authorized payment infrastructure (including Razorpay, UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards), you irrevocably certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound unconditionally by all provisions of this Agreement.
This digital document is generated in full compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the electronic contract authentication provisions thereof. This Agreement does not require physical or digital ink signatures to establish binding validity.
Student Eligibility, Account Security & Single-Seat License
Tuition fees paid to Academy 2.O grant the enrolled individual a strictly non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited single-user educational license to access course materials, live interactive mentorship sessions, recorded repositories, and private community communication channels.
2.1 Single Concurrent Device Policy
Each student profile is limited to access from a maximum of two registered hardware devices (e.g., one personal workstation and one mobile device). Our Learning Management System (LMS) continuously logs telemetry including device fingerprints, IP addresses, and geographical coordinates. Automated security algorithms immediately lock any profile exhibiting simultaneous logins from geographically disparate IP addresses.
2.2 Account Transfer Prohibition
Seats reserved in any cohort (including Track 01 AI Website Designing Lite, Track 02 Commercial Video Ads, or Agency Combo) are reserved strictly for the individual whose legal identification was provided during enrollment. Seats cannot be gifted, reassigned, sold, or shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property Rights, Confidentiality & Anti-Piracy
All educational materials made available by Academy 2.O—including but not limited to 4K video lecture recordings, Next.js source code repositories, client proposal scripts, contract templates, AI workflow prompts, DaVinci Resolve color grading LUTs, and downloadable PDF syllabi—are the exclusive intellectual property of Meeways 360° Creative Agency and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, international intellectual property treaties, and trade secret laws.
Any student detected screen-recording, downloading, uploading to file-sharing networks, torrenting, hosting group viewings, or transmitting proprietary course assets to unauthorized third parties will face:
- Immediate, permanent revocation of LMS access without eligibility for any refund.
- Immediate filing of formal criminal complaints under Sections 43, 65, and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Civil damages litigation with claims up to ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Indian Rupees) per infringed module.
Cohort Schedule, Live Sessions & Academic Code of Conduct
Academy 2.O operates on an intensive, practical agency-finishing model. Students are expected to maintain professional decorum during all live Zoom/Google Meet mentorship streams, community channels, and assignment review sessions.
- Decorum Standards: Unsolicited marketing, spamming, self-promotion of unrelated services, derogatory remarks toward mentors or peers, and disruptive behavior during live sessions constitute grounds for immediate expulsion.
- Session Rescheduling: The Academy reserves the right to reschedule live sessions due to unforeseen technical maintenance, mentor illness, or production emergencies. Students will receive at least 12 hours advance notification via official WhatsApp broadcasts.
- Cohort Deferrals: If a student faces documented medical or emergency constraints, they may request a one-time cohort transfer to the subsequent batch by submitting an application to admissions at least 72 hours before batch commencement.
Tuition Fees, Payment Gateways & Tax Invoicing
Tuition fees published on academy.meeways.in (such as the standard ₹2,499 Founder Batch enrollment fee, or discounted ₹1,999 promotional rates unlocked via authorized creator coupons) represent the total consideration for the specified course track.
- Authorized Payment Infrastructure: All financial payments are collected through RBI-licensed payment aggregators (primarily Razorpay Software Private Limited) using 256-bit SSL encrypted transport protocols. Academy 2.O never stores or accesses full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or banking passwords.
- Statutory Taxes: In compliance with Government of India taxation laws, statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) is incorporated or levied according to applicable educational service codes. Official electronic tax invoices are generated automatically upon successful charge confirmation.
The 100% Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee & Strict Refund Policy
Academy 2.O operates on an uncompromising commitment to student mastery. Because our curriculum is built on production-proven agency blueprints developed at Meeways 360°, we stand behind our methodologies with an Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee.
However, this guarantee is explicitly designed for dedicated learners who actively implement the curriculum. It is NOT a "no-questions-asked" cancellation policy, a casual change-of-mind pass, or a free trial. To qualify for consideration under the Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee, the student must strictly satisfy each and every one of the following mandatory conditions without exception:
Prerequisite 1: 100% Verified Telemetry Attendance & Playback Completion
The student must have fully attended 100% of live mentoring lectures and watched 100% of recorded curriculum videos on the LMS. System telemetry must confirm playback completion at normal speed (≤ 1.25x). Skipping video segments, scrubbing timestamps, or running background automated playback triggers telemetry flags that immediately disqualify the claim.
Prerequisite 2: 100% Assignment & Capstone Submissions Within Strict Deadlines
The student must have submitted all 6 module assignments, homework drills, and the final production capstone project within exactly 7 calendar days of each module being unlocked. Late submissions (even by 1 hour) or blank/boilerplate AI submissions will result in immediate disqualification. Each submitted project must score at least a 70% passing grade under our agency rubric.
Prerequisite 3: Verifiable Production Deployments & Active GitHub Repositories
For web engineering tracks, the student must provide links to a public GitHub repository showing at least 25 individual, timestamped git commits authored exclusively by the student. Furthermore, at least two fully functional, original web applications must be actively deployed on live production domains (Vercel, Netlify, or custom domains) with Google Lighthouse performance scores exceeding 90.
Prerequisite 4: Documented Commercial Client Outreach (Minimum 20 Documented Pitches)
Because Academy 2.O guarantees commercial agency capability, the student must prove they actively deployed our client acquisition frameworks. The student must submit unedited, timestamped screenshot logs and proposal links proving they sent at least 20 personalized client pitches on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, or direct cold email to verified business owners, showing non-conversion or rejection responses.
Prerequisite 5: Mandatory 1-on-1 Senior Mentor Remediation Sessions
Before requesting a refund, the student must have booked and actively attended at least two separate 1-on-1 technical helpdesk calls with our Senior Mentors to diagnose their difficulties. The student must demonstrate that they executed the customized corrective action plan prescribed during these mentorship sessions.
Prerequisite 6: Strict 7-to-14 Day Application Window
Refund applications under this policy can ONLY be submitted between Day 7 and Day 14 following the initial enrollment date. Requests submitted prior to Day 7 are premature and invalid (as the student has not attempted the coursework), and requests submitted on or after Day 15 are permanently time-barred.
No refund claim will be entertained via informal emails, chat messages, or telephone calls. The applicant must download, physically sign, and email the Official Academic Refund Evaluation Dossier (Form RF-2026) along with a complete ZIP file archive containing:
- All completed project source files and commit logs.
- Exported telemetry attendance records from the student portal.
- Complete unedited PDF transcripts of the 20 client outreach pitches.
- Written confirmation notes from the two 1-on-1 mentor remediation calls.
- A copy of government-issued photo identification matching the Razorpay billing account name.
Mandatory Non-Refundable Surcharges & Administrative Deductions
In the exceptional event that an applicant satisfies every prerequisite in Section 6 and receives written approval from the Academic Director Board, the refund payout is subject to mandatory deductions for direct third-party statutory fees, software licensing allocations, and server provisioning costs incurred upon student registration:
| Cost Component | Nature of Expense | Deduction Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Gateway & Banking Processing Fee | Direct third-party transaction surcharge retained by Razorpay, credit card networks, and banking partners (non-recoverable). | 3.5% + 18% GST |
| Cloud Lab Provisioning & Server Allocation | Direct infrastructure costs incurred for provisioning cloud build environments, sandbox databases, and CDN access. | ₹999 Fixed Surcharge |
| Intellectual Property & Syllabus Licensing Fee | Statutory consideration for accessing proprietary agency frameworks, downloadable prompts, and curriculum deliverables. | ₹500 Fixed Consideration |
| Net Disbursable Refund | Maximum potential refund payable following all statutory and administrative deductions. | Balance Remaining (If Approved) |
* Note: If the tuition fee paid after promotional or affiliate coupon discounts (e.g. ₹1,999) is equal to or less than the total non-refundable provisioning deductions, the net reimbursable balance will reflect the difference accordingly.
Immediate Forfeiture & Anti-Fraud Disqualification Triggers
Any of the following actions will immediately and irreversibly void the student's eligibility for any refund consideration, regardless of coursework completion:
- Account Sharing / Multi-User Telemetry: Logins originating from more than two distinct IP addresses within a 24-hour window, or evidence of sharing portal access with third parties.
- Content Piracy Attempts: Detected attempts to utilize screen-recording software, browser ripping plugins, or automated scrapers on course video streams.
- Frivolous Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback dispute with a bank or credit card company without completing the mandatory 45-day internal board review process constitutes a material breach of contract. Academy 2.O reserves the right to report such incidents to credit bureaus and pursue legal restitution.
- Abusive or Defamatory Communication: Using vulgar, intimidating, or defamatory language toward mentors, fellow students, or support executives in any public or private channel.
- Incomplete Dossier: Submitting forged, modified, or plagiarized project files or client outreach records.
45-Business-Day Internal Audit Board Review Process
All refund applications meeting formal submission standards are routed to the Academic Director Audit Committee for manual evaluation:
- Phase 1 (Days 1–15): Technical telemetry audit to verify playback duration, absence of scrubbing, and single-device compliance.
- Phase 2 (Days 16–30): Code and assignment review by Senior Engineers to evaluate project originality, commit timestamps, and rubric performance.
- Phase 3 (Days 31–45): Final evaluation of client outreach proof and mentor remediation compliance. The decision of the Academic Director Audit Committee is final, conclusive, and non-appealable.
If approved, the net eligible refund will be disbursed back to the original source payment instrument via Razorpay within 7 to 10 banking days following board certification.
Limitation of Liability & Commercial Earnings Disclaimer
Academy 2.O provides high-intensity vocational and technical education. While our curriculum teaches real-world strategies employed by successful digital agencies and freelance engineers:
- No Guaranteed Income: References to potential earnings on our website, marketing materials, or case studies (such as "Earn ₹50K to ₹1.5L/Mo" or "$1,500/mo Retainers") illustrate potential earnings achieved by high-performing agency practitioners. They do not constitute a promise or guarantee of individual income. Actual earnings depend entirely on the student's personal work ethic, sales acumen, client negotiations, and economic market conditions.
- Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances shall Academy 2.O, Meeways 360° Creative Agency, its directors, instructors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our training materials. Total liability shall in all events be strictly limited to the actual tuition fee paid by the student.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Exclusive Jurisdiction
This Agreement, its interpretation, performance, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
In the event of any controversy or claim, the parties agree to first engage in good-faith informal conciliation for a period of not less than 30 calendar days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Delhi NCR, India, and both parties explicitly waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
